Using multiple servers on 1 connection?

I'm trying to use multiple servers on a single connection. However, I can't seem to find any way to change the port that Subsonic operates on. The guide on the site says to go to Settings>Network and change it, but there is no setting there to change it. All I see is 2 checkboxes - the first is to auto configure the router for forwarding, and the other is to enable internet streaming via custom address.
All I want to do is use different ports for subsonic, so that I can have multiple servers streaming to different devices (ie, I have a droid streaming my music from my computer, and I have a family member that has his own collection and wants to stream from his iPad).
Can anyone please help? I'm using Macs for the servers if that matters.
Thanks!

I'm on a Windows platform, but once Subsonic is installed it places a tray icon on the task bar. If I right click on it it brings up the Subsonic Control panel which lets me specify the port on the Settings tab.

Wow, I guess us Mac users got the cold shoulder, because this is what I see in the control panel:

There's no way to edit it or anything. That really sucks. I wish the developer had mentioned in the guide that that particular feature is apparently NOT available to mac users.

This is what I see in the settings>network tab:
This seems kind of ridiculous that I can't change the port. Does anyone else have this problen on the Mac version? I love this program and am willing to pay for it once the trail is up, but if this feature isn't there, I'm not purchasing it.

Advanced configuration
To change the port number, Java memory settings or other startup parameters, edit the SUBSONIC_ARGS variable in /etc/default/subsonic. To restart Subsonic, do sudo service subsonic restart

Wow, thanks for the help. That's still kind of ridiculous that I have to do that. I'll give it a shot and see if it works.

Yesterday I upgraded 3 servers from version 4.3 to 4.4 beta in under 10 minutes. I know it doesn't go that smoothly for all users on all platforms, but you have to remember that this application can run on just about any platform! I think ease of use is probably a combination of how much customization SS has done for each platform and how easily each platform accomodates vfarious features. Subsonic is a one man developed application that is updated regularly and the developer really does an excellent job of incorporating the features most commonly requested by users. If this is an issue that you think needs improving, make a post in the Feature Requests section.
