I've been able to do that... here's what I did:
1. Set the upload directory to be the root music directory on my server... in my case, the very originally named "\\GMSHomeServer1\Music" share.
2. Create the folder structure that you want on the remote computer. In may case, I was adding an album by the band "Mishap" named "Stuck in the Mud", so I created a "Mishap" folder on my desktop, and then created a ""Stuck in the Mud folder inside that, and placed the FLAC files in the "Stuck in the Mud" folder.
3. Then I created a zip file on my desktop and dragged the "Mishap" folder into it. This created a zip file that included my intended folder structure.
4. Then I used the "Unzip ZIP files" option during upload. The zip file was uploaded to the Music folder and then unzipped, pulling the entire folder structure out with it. I ended up with:
\\GMSHomeServer1\Music\Mishap\Stuck in the Mud\<files here>
NB: This works just as well to add an album to an existing artist... if the "Mishap" folder already existed with other albums in it, the "Stuck In The Mud" folder would have just been added to it.
