Fatal Lame Errors

I have installed SS on a Debian machine and all seems to work as it should except that when some (not all) users play tracks I am seeing the following error:

If someone else plays the same tracks, lame doesn't complain.

Does this error mean that lame has failed to downsample?

SS version is 4.4.beta1 (build 2136) – January 18, 2011. The version of lame in use is 3.98.2

Any ideas how to resolve this?

This is not a fatal error. Just Lame don't included metatags in your output stream. Some time Lame included metatags and again report this phantom errors.
