Transcoding downloads possible?

I love Subsonic and also regularly use the iPhone app, iSub, which receives transcodes of my FLAC's.

Is transcoding possible for my kids, who are Mac users and who want download MP3 versions of my FLAC's?

Downloading MP3's

It's about Subsonic. They want hard copies of some of the MP3's, not streaming or cached versions from iSub.
