Subsonic not reading files on external USB hard drive

I hope someone has an idea here... For some reason Subsonic can no longer access or at least index files on my external drive. When I open up subsonic, everything looks fine except there are no music tracks listed.

I tested with a folder on my c drive and everything is ok. I also tested accessing the drive with my locally installed mp3 player and it can access the drive fine.

The drive is also showing in Windows explorer and I can access the files from there. I wonder if I screwed up something in the settings, either in Subsonic or in Windows.

You have to give the Subsonic service network access log on permissions. Instructions can be found here:

The SS service account settings do get reset to the default during the upgrade process between versions. Sindre is aware of this issue.
