Hi guys,

Im trying for the second evening in a row to get subsonic running on my clearos 5.2.
I have managed to install java and as far as I can see also Subsonic.
Although I used the standalone version for installation.

Unfortunately I am not able to get the logon screen and the log file of subsonic mentions something strange about the database:
Failed to initialize database.
org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: The database is already in use by another process: org.hsqldb.persist.NIOLockFile@2d6451a6[file =/var/subsonic/db/subsonic.lck, exists=true, locked=false, valid=false, fl =null]: java.lang.Exception: checkHeartbeat(): lock file [/var/subsonic/db/subsonic.lck] is presumably locked by another process.

When I trie to log in to my subsonic server x.x.x.x:4040 I get the following mesasage:
HTTP ERROR: 503
SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE
RequestURI=/subsonic

Powered by jetty://

As I have managed to get al sort of progs running on my clearos server I am a bit further than a noob but at the moment I am out of ideas.
Who can help me out?

Thanks!
Fastbob

What version of SS are you using?
Seems some other process are using these resources. Have you checked the status of SS.

Well, as it turns out it works for the biggest part.
But I made another topic on the network connection from ClearOS to my NAS. I can not get through to my NAS and I do not know how this can be achieved.

I have got the same message on Clearos 6.3. I had it working, added my mp3's, all ok.
Today I received the same message. I uninstalled the rpm and installed it again. Same result.
Changed the ports, still same result.
Any suggestsions :(
