Buffering Issues with 4.4

I've tried this with the web player, winamp and Media Monkey players. I can't seem to get a music stream playing reliably. Both the subsonic server and the client are on GB Ethernet, utilization less than 1% when playing.

I have now downgraded to 4.2, and now it seems to be working.

Any one else having buffering issues? Any suggestions how to possibly troubleshoot something like this?
Thanks
Cliff

After I upgraded to 4.3/4.4 I started to get a slight hesitation right at the beginning of playback (between 0-1 seconds). Rest of the song plays fine. Seems like a buffering problem to me.

I have been communicating a bit with Sindre about this - seems like a problem with the new JW Player maybe?

How is your problem manifesting itself, exactly?

I typically use Winamp instead of the internal player. I like to have the lyrics popup and I can't get those in the internal player - otherwise it's fine.

Quick Summary:
I5 running Win7 x64 with 8GB RAM
GB Ethernet

Some adapter settings:
Jumbo Frames ON
Large Send Offload Enabled
TCP Checksum Enabled

When I first upgraded to 4.4 I was getting erratic buffering problems with Winamp. Moving to the internal player seemed a bit better, but still had issues.

Then finally today it was unplayable no matter what I tried. I increased Memory to Subsonic to 192MB without any impact.

So, I turned of jumbo frames, disabled the other adapter settings above. Still no happiness. I downgraded to 4.2 and it is working perfectly again.
