Is there a way for me to have avi, mkv, mp4 etc. a different colored font in the list?

Thanks for the thought, I read that and know that it can probably be done but seeing that I'm not a coder thought maybe one of our intelligent members would have an idea or have already put the idea into practice.
The accordion is a nice touch but not really what I'm looking for. I only want the files with Movie formats to have a color change. I'll keep hoping
