Help enabling HTTPS?

I've been sucessfully running Subsonic on HTTP port 8080 for some time, but would like to use HTTPS.

I configured my router, Windows Firewall, and Subsonic control panel all to use port 8082. Now I can't get access to the server at all unless I uncheck HTTPS. Any ideas why this would be failing?

Thanks
AC

May be I have an idea

It's because of your operating system.. it's a Windows 95 right?

Or may be it's because of the subsonic version.. it's subsonic 0.9 beta 2?

Any ideas how we can help you when you are not naming your system specs my hero?

Hi AC-
HTTPS uses port 443. Configure your router to forward port 443 to port 443 on your subsonic server and it should work for you. You will need to keep your other forwarding for port 8082 for non secure connections to your server. Unless you only want to use https. If you have any more issues let us know.

Thanks for the replies. It was late and I forgot the machine specs...my apologies! Its a Windows Home Server (Windows Server 2003) and I'm running Subsonic 4.4. I tried port 8082 for HTTPS because the WHS was using it for the IIS server. I'll probably hve to figure out how to disable that.
