Unable to play all songs in library with shuffle play

I have the android App, all of my music is in the library. C:\Artist\Album\Song Name.
Anyways, whenever I try to use Shuffle Play, it only selects like 15 of my 150 or so songs. Any idea why this happens? I want to be able to just have it so i can just listen to every song in my library randomly. any ideas?
