MAC OS Video Transcoding help?

Ok So i can play MP4 and flv files without any problems THEY dont even need to be transcoded BUT my avi and wmv files do not play and give me video not found access denied on jwplayer. In the Log it states (/Library/Application Support/Subsonic/transcode/ffmpeg) dyld: unknown required load command 0x80000022 ANY HELP??? PLEASE
