[VIDEO] - Indexation on each connection

Hi,

I have around 1,3 To of videos/music.

At each connection, when I go in my videos folder, Subsonic is loading and loading during a very long time. When I look for running processes on the server, I can see that subsonic is launching "ffmpeg -i" for each file in the videos folder. This is very long and I don't understand the benefit to repeat this operation for each folder browsing.

Isn't there a way to index these informations in order to avoid this long loading ?

I know that Subsonic is configured to build a search index each day at 03:00 AM. Could you add the video informations browing process during the index build ?
