Hi,

I have set port forward on my router for port 8080 (UDP and TCP).
The setting is saved.

But each time when I'm on the Network Settings on the Subsonic Admin page, and click "Save", the port forward in my router disappears!

Turned off:
Automatically configure your router...

Turned on:
Access your server over the Internet using...

Please help...

If automatic port forwarding is turned off, as it should be, then the manual configuration of the router should be unaffected when you save the settings.

Go to http://www.canyouseeme.org/ enter your SS port number and click the Check box to be sure the Subsonic port is open.

I recommend turning this feature off, not because it can't work, but it removes one more variable that can go wrong. If the port forwarding is set up properly manually, it is less likely that the autoconfiguration will disrupt things. Also, there are many routers that won't do the auto config. Giving the server a static internal ip and manually assigning the port for SS goes a long way toward giving you a stable configuration that will be trouble free indefinitely, even during router and server reboots and network reconfigurations. , My 3 SS servers have been running for many months now, with no service disruptions.
