I have this annoying problem with Subsonic.

I have the widget on screen and go into the program to select an album by clicking the play button so the whole album plays.

Then click my homescreen button to get to oterh apps on my phone and after only a few seconds Subsonic closes. Closes completely with the icon disappearing from the notifcation bar - but it doesnt seem to crash.

I then have to press play on the widget to get it back working again.

This problem has been mentioned before by someone - is there a working fix to it please as it is very annoying to select music and then have the whole thing shut down.

Sounds like a task killer is killing the process when it is not in the forground.

Do you run an application like that to extend battery life?

I had to add Subsonic to ATK's ignore list...

I dont use a taskkiller at all.

I do actually use something called Green Power which after a certain amount of time of the phone in sleep mode will turn off wifi and data - but, it is not that causing the problem as SubSonic shuts down when I just change screens and the phone is active.

I have also tested it with this GreenPower app turned off.

Great thought tho mate... anymore?
