MP4 video

I really did try to sift through the help topics to figure this out on my own but couldn't find it. i'm sure someone here can look at my log and figure it out easily...maybe not. i have tried both MP4 transcoding enabled and not enabled. i can get audio to play on the MP4 file but no video. here is the log, lots more but maybe this is relevant part:

HA! i may have solved it. be right back, i think i tagged a video file...not knowing that it would no longer play as a video file.

got it to work! not sure what i did though. just messed around. it didn't play at 1000kbps, only 500kbps. how do i make that the default?

now it works at 1000kbps. probably needed to update. ahhh technology.
