Can't insert command line audio processor in transcoder

Hi,

I want to use Stereotool (as described by the author “a professional low latency audio processor that is used by hundreds of FM, AM and web radio stations all over the world”) command line (http://www.stereotool.com/download/) in the transcoding chain.

I was suggested the following lines for MP3, but without success:

mp3 > mp3
mp3
mp3
ffmpeg -i %s -f wav -
stereo_tool_cmd - - C:\the\full\path\to\your\settings.sts
lame -b %b - -

What is missing?

I’m in Windows 7.
