Subsonic does not work WITHIN my network

Problem Description: I installed Subsonic about a month ago and works within and outside of my network. Because I have ITunes and Remote running on my Iphone as well, I had to repair problems there needing to reset the router to default factory settings (Apple Airport Extreme). All clients can find and connect to the router and confirm presence of wi-fi activity. I was able to resolve the ITunes and IPhone Remote app problem as well. But now, none of the clients of the network including the Android Subsonic app and the IPhone ISub streamer app can connect to subsonic library if WITHIN network. The server computer running windows 7 can connect to the library via http://localhost:4898/. The streamer apps and any computer can connect to my subsonic library if using ANOTHER OUTSIDE wifi connection or 3G.
Troubleshooting Steps: I have tried disabling rules in windows firewall of the computer (I7 running windows 7) hosting the library.
