Hey,

Is there a way I can see the local directory of a song in my playlist?

Greets,

Thys

Yes. Go to your Subsonic playlists folder (/var/subsonic on Linux) and open up the m3u or pls file of the desired playlist in a text editor such as nano or gedit.

If you're on Windows, I'm not 100% sure where it stashes the playlists. Maybe C:\subsonic\playlists or C:\Program Files\Subsonic\playlists or something... and you'd want to edit the file with Notepad.

The point of this post, is that the path to the songs in your playlist is stored line-by-line in the playlist file. 8)

Hi,

On windows it's on "c:\playlists" (default) but you can edit this location on SS options/general.

Aha,

I had editted that directory.

Because my music collection is mostly scene, and I have the same album from different ripgroups, it would be nice if I could check the folder it is in more easily.

I really need to learn me some Java to get that one!

Thanks for the replies. I guess this can be closed.
