Macbook firewall is preventing access
Hi all,
I've been working at this for too many hours. Basically, when I set subsonic to automatically configure my router and access my server over the Internet, it works fine when my Macbook's firewall is off. However, when it's on, subsonic configures my router but then it says that my URL "is registered, but could not connect to it (ConnectTimeoutException)".
I'm using a Macbook with an Airport Express router. I've tried port mapping in a number of different ways to no avail, and Subsonic is most definitely in my list of "allowed software" in my Firewall.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to add any other software as "allowed" by my Firewall? Is my port mapping not working correctly?
Any thoughts would be great!
