jwplayer issue: Loading library freezing up webplayer

Problem Description: After downloading, donating and playing around with Subsonic 4.4 for a few days, the web player is no longer working on my machine. This began after I set up a Subsonic music folder on an external hard drive, then launched Subsonic without the external hard drive running. Now I am seeing this problem every time I launch the Subsonic web player. The page partially loads, Firefox reports at the bottom left "Read l.longtailvideo.com" as if attempting to access that web page, then stops loading. The library on the left side of the page remains blank. After the first few seconds of launching the web player, I am not able to access any Subsonic pages. After searching, I found this post:

http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5109

But had no luck in tracking down a solution. Is there any way to reset my Subsonic settings outside of the web player? Can I start over with Subsonic on my machine?
Troubleshooting Steps: I have been able to get in and delete all music folders I had set up for my library. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4.4, and had temporary success with downloading and launching 4.3, but eventually the same issue with the library and jwplayer popped up.

Problem solved. I deleted the /Library/Application Support/Subsonic/ folder and reinstalled.
