Automatically change subsonic language

Hi,

I would like to integrate subsonic into a web interface that is available in English and French. All the other modules/pages of the interface are automatically displayed in the correct language depending on the browser's settings. I'm searching how to do that with subsonic too, but I can't figure an easy way, so here are my questions. All this is running on Ubuntu server:

-Is it possible to force the language in the URL, for example when calling login.view?
-If not, is there another way than changing the line in /var/subsonic/subsonic.properties?
-If not, is it mandatory to restart the subsonic service when changing the parameter in subsonic.properties, or is there a quicker way?
