Subsonic doesn´t start playback, via WebUi or iPhone

Hi people!

Just found out about Subsonic today, and I must say I am impressed, although I have not been able to configure it correctly to actually work yet. I believe Subsonic delivers exactly what IS the future of media. Portability, freedom and quality!

So, with the thank you phrases done, let me get on with my problem. 8)

I followed the standard installation instructions over at the Subsonic web page, and installed eveything with my Ubuntu Server 11.04 box. Everything worked, no errors as far as I could see. I added a user, gave that user all the necessary permissions, and also set up the music folders. All my music magically popped up in the sidebar at once! (Really.. FAST!!) I logged in from my iphone and it worked to! However, when I click a track to start playback, the iPhone gives me the "unable to configure network read stream" error. Also, when I try to play it within the webui, nothing at all happens.... So I was hoping there is someone that could help me!?

UPDATE: It seems that the only files that doesn´t play are flac´s.... Mp3 files are playing as normal, both via the webui and on the iphone. This is a problem however, since I own more than 6000 flac´s and only about 300 mp3 files.... :(

sudo apt-get install flac lame ffmpeg

cp /usr/bin/flac lame ffmpeg /var/subsonic/transcode
