[BUG] Reverse-proxies not working

First of all, subsonic is fantastic, thanks a lot!!!

Tried to get reverse-proxy working. Unfortunately, it does not work yet. When entering "my-URL/subsonic", it re-routes me to "my-URL/index.view", which obviously does not work. It would need to route it to "my-URL/subsonic/index.view". Manually entering this works, but don't think this is a good solution.

Found part of a solution in this thread "http://forum.subsonic.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1569". Still does not fully solve my issue, but let me reply to the other thread to keep things together in one proper thread.
