centos 5.5 VPS domain help

So i have SS up and running on my VPS. Im not the best working with linux but i know the basics. I am not sure how to setup a domain though. I got domains and nameservers working via DirectAdmin for the hosting, but i am clueless as to give the actual server a domain and then get it working with SS.

Soo, any help will greatly be appreciated. Ill also make a similar ticket and submit it to my host.
