fatal error: can't update LAME-tag frame!
Posted: Tue Jul 12, 2011 5:57 pmMy android device is not able to play mpc files so I set a mpc > mp3 transcoding using the predefined setting for ffmpeg and lame.
When Subsonic transcode and stream a mpc file to my android device, it log the following error : "can't update LAME-tag frame!". As a result, the android client plays the transcoded mp3 stream displaying the filename instead of artist - album.
Could the predefined setting "mpc > mp3" be wrong ?
(My mpc files are tagged with foobar2000 using APE V2 standard and are displayed correctly with all linux players I have tried)
Edit : The real problem is that Subsonic is not able to read the tags from my MPC files...
