You don't write which app for which phone. A thread with the subject "Help" isn't helping people to find interest in your post.

Post some detailed information on the problem you are experiencing.

Steps to go through before that.
Step 1: Can you access your Subsonic from another computer (except your own, and from outside your local network (ie. the phone browser on 3G) ?
If step 1 is ok, go to step 2.
Step 2: Have you added your Subsonic server-address in the app?

If step 1 is ok and you've done step 2, it will work.

After 30 days you need a license key.

"Also note that after a 30-day trial period you need a license key to use the apps. You get a license key by giving a donation to the Subsonic project. The license never expires and is valid for all current and future apps. By donating you also get other benefits; see info box on the right."

Thankyou for your reply. Never done forums before so thanks for the tips!

I'm trying to use Z-Subsonic on iPhone 4

I don't know what the sunsonic server address is - the only options in th e Subsonic control panel are Port No, memory limit etc

Also when I click on the http://localhost link, it keeps teeling me that my username or password are incorrect - but they're definitely not!

Ok so..what do you see when you go to http://localhost ?
Do you see the Subsonic login page?

And the IP adres of the Subsonic server is the same IP that the computer
uses where you installed Subsonic on. So just "start --> run --> cmd --> ipconfig" and you'll see Subsonic's server IP.

Isn't it supposed to be http://localhost:Port# ?

You really are going to need to give us more info.
