Album on multiple discs (2 or more) [SOLVED]

Right now my music files are stored inside a single folder, no matter how many discs belongs to that album.
For file naming i use this:
101 - The Real Thing
[...]
201 - Absolute Zero
[...]

I edit the tag using the Disc # field :
1/2
2/2
But all my music files are sorted by track number, with first track from BOTH cds, then second track(s) and so on.
example: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/85 ... d01ck.jpg/
Is there a way to display tracks from first cd and after that tracks from second cd? What's the correct naming/tagging scheme?


LE: seems i have to name the disc no:
1
2
and so on...
instead of
1/2
2/2
