4.5 intermittant connection issues

I upgraded to 4.5 two days ago and ever since I have been experiencing connection issues both from the local network and from the internet connecting to my public IP address. I have also had to restart the Subsonic service a few times.

I'm running Subsonic on Linux Mint 11 LMDE on a 2.6 ghz dual core, 8 gig of RAM and over a 10/1 mbps connection.

4.4 ran flawlessly and I had ZERO issues with it.

Anyone else experiencing issues?

You might consider expanding the Java memory limit to 256.

Sounds like a plan. I am googling but only finding application specific instructions on how to increase the memory available to java. Could you point me in the right direction with either instructions or a link? In the mean time I will keep looking and if I find a solution I will post back in this thread.

Found the settings in /etc/default/subsonic

I'll report back if it made a difference.

I'm a Windows user which has a different method for editing the setting, but I know it has been posted for Linix before.

EDIT: This might help:
