User account appearing as admin user when logging in

One of my users whom I set up with a standard account without admin access is appearing as admin when logged in and can't play files if I am already logged in as admin. If I log out and he logs in right after he is still shown as admin user but now has an available player. I asked him to see if he could do things that required elevated access and he can't.
Any ideas?

Update: The user is no longer appearing as admin when logging in. He is now showing as logged in under the proper account but now when I play music as admin I am listed on the right hand side in the user list as him.

Try clearing the browser cache.

I've done that several times with no effect on the situation. I installed 4.5 over 4.4 without an uninstall first and that might be what is causing the issues. I probably should completely uninstall the server and reinstall fresh.
