Personal Server Address on non-primary IP

I am attempting to setup a personal server address on my server but I am running into a small issue with it. It seems to be setting the sub-domain to the primary IP on the server, but I have subsonic running on a non-primary IP.
For example my servers primary IP is x.x.5.51 which is what the IP of the personal sub domain is getting set to, but I have subsonic running on: x.x.5.52.
Sorry if this has come up I attempted to search the forums for something about this but I couldn't find anything.
Let me know if there is a way around this.
