I lost power and my computer did not shut down properly and i am getting this error

SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

What type of pc? Windows/Mac/Linux etc
What have you checked so far?
What does the SS log file say if anything?

Without further info it is extremely difficult to help but first thing to try is to stop and restart SS via the control panel.
