Users incorrect in Now Playing

Why is it that many of my users show up as other accounts under now playing, many times they appear as Admin.
This is on 4.5 but also the last 2 betas and 4.4 on ubuntu 10.10.
nothing unusual appears in the log file and i have java memory set at 768mb.
