Subsonic Forum

I have installed Subsonic and I have tried to log in - but user name admin and pw admin does not work. There seems to be no way to reset. What do I do? I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. What next . . . ?

What have you installed SS on?

Windows Server 2003 - I am using it as a Windows Home Server

The easiest way to get a clean install is to delete the folder in C:/subsonic and re-install.
Somehow your database may have got messed up so that will delete it. On initial log in you should get a warning about SS not being secure (because it has the default user/password).
If that doesn't work come back.

Thank you to all those who replied. Deleting the c:\subsonic folder did the trick.
