Subsonic and Web Proxy (Glype 1.2)

I'm running the latest version of subsonic, on a windows2008 server (updated). Everything work well when i'm connecting directly to the media server but... When i'm trying to connect through a web proxy (a personal one), i'm unable to listen musik with the webplayer ("Get Flash Player" , even if it's installed correctly), or with an external player (no pop up, with a playlist to download) . I've tried with Firefox 6.1, latest Chrome and Internet Explorer, with the last flash plugin.
For the playlist download thing, i think it's a web proxy problem, but not for the "Get Flash Player" error :
Subsonic uses Jwplayer (flash), and i can see the flash video, through proxy, at the official page of the player (http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/) . No bugs at all. I can use HTML5 players (like jwplayer, or MiniSub/Subtunes mod) too.
Is it possible to force Subsonic to run the flash player, or to use the HTML5 version (javascript and jquery) of Jwplayer, when the Flash plugin is not detected?
