Subsonic Forum

I'm not sure what is going on, but I do not have a public guest account. However, there is somehow a guest logged into my Subsonic listening to a bunch of stuff.

[9/30/11 2:31:03 PM PDT] INFO PlaylistInputStream guest listening to "Light For Fire/09 Where I was Born.mp3"
[9/30/11 2:34:42 PM PDT] INFO PlaylistInputStream guest listening to "Have You Seen My Prefrontal Cortex_/03 Vampires in Love.mp3"

My guess is either 1.) There's some sort of security hole involving the guest account used for Shared music, or 2.) Someone still has a cookie from more than 4 months ago logged into the guest account on my Subsonic server.

Either way it's bug or oversight, any idea what I can do?

Have you shared those tracks?
The only other thing that may be happening is the dreaded "wrong user showing" buglet

Nope, nothing shared.

I'll try to link up the plays to a user to see if this is related to that bug.

Yup, it was that bug.

What can I do to help with tracking it down?

Post details of how many users and any other relevant info in the link I posted so we get all occurrences in one thread.
It happened to me once so I know it can be very annoying.
Sometimes deleting the players associated with the wrong accounts can clear the problem.
