Subsonic and SageTV

Hello,
I run Subsonic 4.5 and SageTV 7.0 on my HTPC, Windows XP Pro 32bit.
Now that I am running SageTV as a server it conflicts in some way with Subsonic and the two cannot run at the same time, the subsonic service stops unexpectedly in windows with a java.dll error.
Does anyone have experience on how I can debug this conflict or how sagetv and subsonic (both java) can coexist?

I could run a separate Linux subsonic server, but would rather run both on one box.
