Subsonic stopped working

I have been using subsonic on my computer and tablet for a few months now. Everything worked fine until today. I have a static IP set up, and all my ports forwarded correctly. However, I can not connect from my tablet, phone, or even the host computer. Any ideas on what I need to do?

Problem Description: Can't connect to host server at all
Troubleshooting Steps: checked my IP, forwarded ports
Playback Application and version: Subsonic android app 3.2
Subsonic Version: can't connect via web
Server Version: can't connect via web
Hardware Platform: Windows 7 Professional
Java Memory Limit: 100 MB

I am Windows-retarded, but is it possible some update took place which modified the firewall settings?
