This is getting old.
Success: I can see your service on 24.88.71.143 on port (4040)
Your ISP is not blocking port 4040
1. my ip starts with 24*. not a 99*
2. as far as I know this is the only columbia.subsonic.org out their so why is Subsonic telling me their is another?.

Try navigating to 'Settings->Network' and clicking the 'Save' button...does it say responded successfully?

NO
since the .subsonic.org is REDIRECTING my bbs to a wrong address you will not get a ok from the system.
I am not sure where the 99. came from but I have had this address for 8 months or better

I think .bbs is immaterial to his problem...he's getting a false IP on his .org addy..I can access his site just fine using his IP/port. Usually, forcing an update (clicking 'Save' updated the redirect server) cures this...so I'm stumped.

the name of my system is COLUMBIA.subsonic.org
I have had this ip for over 8 months. the ip you are redirecting to is 99.127.190.184/// this is not my ip. this is a BELLSOUTH.NET IP.
my ip is 24.88.71.143..THIS IS A ROADRUNNER.COM IP
the only place ( bbs ) is in my email name (email deleted by mod) is has nothing to do with the subsonic software

I dont know what is going on UP their but I do know that its own my end.
When I change my ADDRESS from columbia.subsonic.org to wtoomer.subsonic.org the system works just fine.
Please check YOUR server to fix this problem..If you need to try this address I am leaving it up for today. Then I'll go back to
COLUMBIA.SUBSONIC.ORG
