changed password from admin and can't login

What does that mean: please email my username at gmail.com and I'll get you sorted in no time!
Is this like that?: myusername@gmail.com or what? I send it like that, but got no answer...

update: i solved it, my password was mixed up with admin...it helped me this: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3770
