Manual change of XYZ.subsonic.org address

I'm hosting my subsonic on a server which is behind a web proxy, so when I try to register my personal address at subsonic.org, it's referred to the proxy's IP address and not the server's.
Who can I contact to change this?\How can I do it manually?
