this is in relation to my previous issue of not seeing the Subsonic Tray Icon in my dock (even when running and not hidden). this happened after the 4.6 beta upgrade.
after i did a complete uninstall/reinstall, i thought the issue was resolved cause i'm now seeing the SS icon. but i just noticed that right clicking the SS icon in the dock (while the app is running) is not showing me options like "Hide" or "Quit". it only has "remove from dock", "open at login" and "show in finder". i cannot quit SS without rebooting?!

any input would be appreciated. thanks.

hi,
anyone here using SS in Mac OS X? even after upgrading to SS stable version 4.6, the issue with the SS tray icon was not resolved. as a recap: when i double click subsonic from the applications folder, the icon does not show in the menu bar or dock. i know SS was opened after double-clicking because i can access the server but i can't see the icon in the dock - it seems hidden?!

in SS version 4.5 i have no issue with the icon - it automatically displays in the dock once i double click it from the apps folder.

please share your opinions, those of you using a Mac. it would be much appreciated. thanks!
