Flac files ripped by different software behave differently??

Let me preface this by saying I'm running ubuntu 11.04 and I just installed the latest linux-generic kernel the night before last, so I wonder if thats a factor in this issue.
1st, I spend a lot of time checking out as many cds from the library as possible and ripping them onto my HD. I have come to prefer the .flac format for a variety of reasons, and I use SoundJuicer and Asunder to do the ripping and encoding. Now, I prefer Asunder usually, because I am very very lazy and it uses cddb which recognizes even the most obscure avant-garde 20th and 21st century music. I just found out that I could up the ante with sound juicer and crank up the error correction in gconf, which is to my advantage because a lot of the cds I get from the library are pretty scratched. So, this morning I ripped a few cds with the maximum error correction in Sound juicer, and the others I ripped in Asunder because SJ couldn't give me the track names. Whats strange is that I can't play the SJ-ripped files on my android, and some of them don't even show up in the browser interface. I can play the ones I ripped with asunder just fine. Anyone have any idea whats going on?
FYI: I have no clue which chunk in the log file to display here, but this looks like it might be helpful. I have no idea what the following means, but I saw "WARNING" somewhere so I think this has something to do with the transcoding???
