Updating from 4.3

I have Subsonic running on an amahi server install but I installed it manually before Amahi supported it. I moved the whole Subsonic install to the web-apps section of Amahi so that I could use the "subsonic" DNS entry and backup the app automaticall and all that good stuff. Now to the question.
To upgrade, I think it I just need to expand the new package and overwriting a couple of directories on my install with the new ones but can't remember which. Can anyone help?
