Hello,
I am now unable to transcode any music from my server which has been running flawlessly for 2 months. When I try, I get this error.
(/var/subsonic/transcode/lame) /var/subsonic/transcode/lame: error while loading shared libraries: libncurses.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I am on ubuntu 10.04 64 bit. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that I did auto-remove, and then it stopped working. I have tried building dependencies for libncurses with no lucky. Any other suggestions? Do I need libncurses dev?

Have you tried following the path that SS is using to see what is going on, sounds like a symlink is broken.

Thank you for your insight guys! I tried what you said and ended up deleting lame from /var/subsonic/transcode and reinstalling lame, then making a symlink from /usr/bin/lame. Working now! Thanks again for your help.
