Mppdec.exe Trojan.Ransom?

I just ran a scan with Malwarebytes' and I have had Subsonic for a while now and have done multiple scans before but I have never got the message that this file contained in c:\subsonic\transcode\mppdec.exe is infected, so I was wondering if this is actually a virus or not. It just seems weird that I have ran scans before and nothing has came up until now, so I wanted to know if Malwarebytes' could possibly be flagging this .exe file as bad when it actually is not. Thanks
