Transcoding .iso

I'm new here (first post) but I've been using Subsonic for about a year and love it. I would like to expand the capabilities of the software and have a question.

I would like to transcode .iso movie files and make them available for streaming. Does anyone have the proper settings for this? I have Subsonic running on a windows home server machine.
