getting nothing back on a stream

I've got a particular WMV file that I'm not able to get on a stream.

http://ericbla.de:88/rest/videoPlayer.v ... c=XO(webOS)(development)

gives me a flash player with an error message, and

http://ericbla.de:88/rest/stream.view?i ... c=XO(webOS)(development)

gives me an empty file.

What should I do to attempt to diagnose this?

I also wasn't able to transcode wmv files until I changed subsonic around a bit. I upgraded ffmpeg and told subsonic to use libx264. It was a little tricky because I was ofrced to do it after I messed up ffmpeg completely. :D But after I started using libx264 to transcode my videos, the playback became much smoother and wmv files were able to be streamed.

However, the wmv files did not stream well at all. They were very poor quality, and I just decided to forget about them and enjoy the other files and leave well enough alone.

It's a very specific wmv file. The default configuration uses libx264, and changing ffmpeg versions had no obvious change whatsoever. All (or at least most of?) my other WMV files seem to play perfectly.
