Song won't add to any playlist [Resolved]

Has anyone ever run into the problem of not being able to add a specific song to a playlists? For some reason, this one songs refuses to be added to anything. It is in m4a format, not unusually large. I have other songs on playlists of the same format and smaller/larger size.
Would also like to mention that the file plays/streams just fine. I also tried converting to an MP3. File streams fine but does not want to be added to a playlist.

Something odd in the filename or tags perhaps? - another thing to check is the embedded artwork if any.
As you have converted the file and it plays ok I think we can rule out anything else.

Wow, you guys are great. The filename had a spanish "i" that subsonic didn't seem to like. The odd thing is that its okay for unusual characters in the mp3id area. Thank you.

What version of SS are you using because I remember a fix for UTF characters in playlists some time ago?
