Android App not playing music.

I tried using the subsonic android app and the ICS beta app. I am having problems playing all of my music. Probably 40% will not play. The app looks like it is going to play it, but just sits at zero. The track and album art load up, but no music is played. I thought this could be due to file format, but that does not seem to be the case. I only use ogg and mp3. The files play fine on the subsonic browser interface on my PC as well as Google Music. Anyone have this problem? I amazed I couldn't find a post on this as I would think it is related to transcoding.

I realized some of my problems are due to folder convention(sub sub folder) which the install help guide covered. Others do not though.
