Subsonic Forum

Hello,

I've configured Subsonic to playback wavpack files and some do playback correctly. But, there are others that won't playback. The reason for this appears to be that the artist tag isn't being passed onto LAME. I can't seem to figure out why this is the case since the artist tag is complete for a working and non-working file. Also, ffmpeg seems to decode the file just fine and correctly returns metadata for working and non-working files.

I've stripping and re-writing the tags for the non-working file with foobar2000 which hasn't solved the issue either.

This isn't a wavpack issue but a folder structure one.

This won't work --> M:\01\\Athlete (2003) Vehicles & Animals

This will work --> M:\01\Athlete\Athlete (2003) Vehicles & Animals
